City government has been proactive & aggressive in
promotion of economic development.  Currently has
350+ acre property located within a TIF district
being promoted for business/commercial/industrial
development.  Active economic development group,
TEDI, funded by local businesses in conjunction
with city government.  City has solid, positive
relationship with businesses in the community and
is considered to be business friendly.  Two local
internet service providers - Mediacom, local cable
company provides cable modem high speed internet
service, also provides local & long distance
phone, & cable television service.  Netcare,
